“Horrible stay at DoubleTree Boston Downtown with 4 critical issues:
1. Waited over 1.5 hours for a room starting at 6 PM check-in
2. Loud bar noise at 2:30 AM left me completely sleepless
3. No toothbrushes provided; app request ignored, staff only rushed checkout
4. My key card was deactivated BEFORE checkout, elevator blocked—had to walk up 6 flights of stairs
Terrible service, zero comfort, overpriced and not recommended at all.”

“I can't say I had a bad experience at this hotel, but it wasn't great either. The room was clean and staff were friendly, though not very helpful.
At check-in, I was told the $25/day food credit was included. Since I wasn’t sure exactly how it worked, I specifically asked whether it covered all three days I’d be at the hotel, including checkout day, and was told yes. But at checkout, the staff member who had originally helped me wasn’t working that day, so a different staff member explained the……

“I haven't used anything since checking in. The bathtub is clogged and infested with mosquitoes. The windowsills and tables in the room are dusty, as if no one has stayed and hasn't cleaned them in ages. The refrigerator also doesn't work. After reporting the situation, we were told we would get a full refund. However, a month has passed and I haven't received one. I contacted the hotel, and they said they'd already processed the refund and told me to check with my bank. I went to the bank and……
